Quirky quizmaster Gary Wigglesworth returns to Wells to host another round of bookish brain teasers at this year’s Festival quiz night.

It promises to be a fun evening of quips, quizzing and a quest for glory as teams pit their wits and literary know-how against each other. There are prizes for the winning team.

As well as appearing at literature festivals, Gary hosts a monthly quiz night in London, and is the author of The Book Lover’s Quiz Book: Novel Conundrums, plus a second edition, and The Movie Lover’s Quiz Book.

Teams of six are preferred so start rounding up your bookworm friends in advance for the event which takes place on Sunday 18 October, 7.45pm–9.45pm. Doors open at 7.15pm.
